~ Introduction ~

This document has been raised up by the plenipotentiary of Allah so as to be a 'witness' for the Truth and Light of Allah that now permeates this realm for the sole purpose of retrieving any lost soul that has the capacity to absorb its content and thus make amends to Allah, their fellow man and, to thus save their own soul from eternal damnation.

The ONE and ONLY prerequisite to Salvation is whereby the individual has become an 'absolute pacifist,' and thus they are a person that has become a person that 'may' be 'Saved' and, in order to actually be 'saved' they have to at all times and in all situations be in conformity to or with:

The Primary TRUTHFUL and RULING Command of Allah:
"Go your way in peace and love one another and be merciful, compassionate, and forgiving."

It is written because I am a peaceful man and I never disturb the peace of the land, but I am being persecuted by State police officers and the court system simply because my 'religious' belief in peace, love and Allah precludes me from funding by tax, fee, or levy their opposing ideological belief of control, punishment and war.  This 'paper' is relevant to everyone.

The 'Question' arising in my case that is relevant to everyone of you is: "Is there a place and time when a man of PEACE can live in accordance with his absolute pacifist belief - religion - ideology and not be hunted, persecuted, prosecuted and dispossessed of his possessions by 'infidels,'* being persons that are adhering to the contra controlling, punitive and 'warring' system of belief - religion - ideology having the belief in their 'right' to the use of 'rules' and force to RULE others, and to force them to 'bow' to their ideological belief - religion of War"?   The answer is "YES," and 'revealed' within this document, and the whole purpose of this document is to enlighten everyone that reads it.

The 'case' within the Court of man and Allah at St. Helens in Tasmania is the place where I seek to convince the magistrate to 'favour' FREEDOM rather than continuing to uphold the interfering actions of the police who for many years have waged a war of religious persecution as they sought to coerce me into supporting the  punitive doctrine of their State institution by funding its 'coffers.'

This document has been raised up because neither the politicians nor their policing and judicial forces understand that within the Constitution of their own Institution there is an 'Act-law' that forbids them from persecuting people that have the religious ideology of 'Pacifism' that is of a different religious ideological belief to the one politicians subscribe to and uphold forcefully, being that of control and punishment and war. 

As all enforcers and magistrates are ignorant of this Constitutional 'law of man' they are all operating without a mandate, and thus their punitive activities against the peaceful are those of 'illegal' terrorists. (I refer to Australian 'laws' as I live in Tasmania)  They also operate outside the 'constraints' of Allah's Primary "Love one another" Command.

This document has been raised up because neither the people of the land nor their 'religious' elders understand that the context of Allah's "Love one another" Command precludes 'believers' in the doctrine of peace & love & mercy & forgiveness from voting, condoning, supporting or fiscally funding the contra 'doctrine' of control, extortion, regulation, punishment and war that is the 'religion' of every government on earth. 

This document has been raised up to assist everyone, because all walk the wrong way, and neither the politicians nor their policing and judicial forces nor the community understand that within the absolutely 'Just,' honourable and immutable Law of Allah there is NO 'leniency,' and any person that is walking their road in a 'contra' code of conduct 'policy' to that prescribed by this sacred pen of Allah is an 'offender' in Allah's eyes, being a person that has become a person to be dealt with in this life or the after life within the absolutely immutable "As you or your servants do unto others will by others be done unto you" LAW of Allah.

This document clearly shows how common man has been deceived by the 'armed' and 'educated' for so long that a dark precedent has been set, a precedent whereby endless extortion by 'rulers' backed by force has been going on for so long that everyone now believes that it is 'normal,' and none can see that they have all deviated from the TRUE path.

The TRUE path as revealed here is the 'purists' code of conduct of absolute pacifism that is revealed as being the absolute and necessary 'path' to be adhered to by 'each' mortal or spirit person that wishes to be 'saved' and set FREE by the holy, holy, holy Lord Allah Almighty.  An absolute pacifist cannot engage in warfare or self-defence, nor in the control, regulation or punishment of another either directly or indirectly.

The TRUE path is not a 'named' religion such as Islam, Christianity, Buddhism etc., for it is simply a 'code of conduct' action of daily activity that at NO time and under NO circumstance causes any other person to be controlled, punished, harmed, disadvantaged, dispossessed or killed. The TRUE path is the 'Religious ideology of absolute pacifism.'  Only those that now adhere to the TRUE path will be 'saved' and elevated into the Promised Land.

Proof of ones religion or ideological belief is not any 'name' of association nor proclamation by mouth, it is solely by our daily 'actions' or deeds as seen by man and Allah that is the PROOF of the ideological doctrine, belief, faith, religion that we are practising, adhering to or, fellowshipping with.

I state my 'case' below as it is of immense importance to anyone seeking Salvation and Freedom from ongoing persecution, and it applies equally to all mankind from the poorest to the Judge, for everyone is in contravention of Allah's Command, and 'Judges' and those that pay their wages are the 'worst' offenders in Allah's eyes having the weightiest and most painful 'Sword of Damocles' hanging over their heads.

Ignorantia Juris neminem excusat - Ignorance of the Law excuses no one.

Allah's ONE: "As you sow so shall ye reap" LAW applies to everyone at all times and in all situations.
No 'mandate' or 'office' or 'rule' of man voids or 'nullifies' Allah's Supreme Law.

~ The Religious ideology of absolute Pacifism ~

The Command of Allah: "Go your way in peace and love one another and be merciful, compassionate and forgiving unto all" is a command that delineates His code of conduct 'policy' to his children you and I. This command is one of absolute and pure pacifism.

It is a fact that this ideological policy is in direct 'opposition' to those believing that they can 'defend' themselves against a perceived threat or enemy using forceful means, for the religious ideological belief in absolute pacifism means that in all situations or circumstances one is forbidden by Allah to use punitive force, for that prerogative is only His.

It is a fact that this 'pacifist' policy is one that is directly 'opposite' to that of 'Caesar.' (The governing systems of mankind) Caesar was a 'warrior' leader who as every head of State believed in the use of force to invade, wage war, control, regulate, enforce, persecute, impose sanction, punish or destroy those that defied his 'edicts-decrees-rules' etc., that he 'declared' were the 'law of the land,' while in truth they were not.

This 'warring' and punitive precedent existed before his time and continues on today, and this policy is not pacifist but is of a contra ideological policy. (The religious belief in the use of force to gain or attain the upper hand)

As it is my task for Allah to reinstate His code of conduct policy 'Command' of Peace unto all to His children you, and to enlighten the whole world so as to establish world peace and usher in the new world 'order' of absolute pacifism, it is my duty to alert everyone that it is error to 'bow' to, uphold, support, or condone any religious ideological policy that in any way 'opposes' that of absolute pacifism.

~ The 'Case' in 'favour' of Freedom ~
Submission to the Court - complaint 31045/09

It is my intent to PROVE to this court of man and Allah that I am innocent of all charges laid at my feet as I use the Command of Allah as my 'Witness' in that I do 'bow' in absolute obedience to His Command, and I never disturb the peace of the land:

It is also my intent to PROVE to this court of man and Allah that I am innocent of all charges laid at my feet as I use the Primary and RULING State and Commonwealth Acts as my 'Witness' as I follow my 'absolute pacifist' religious ideological belief with unswerving faithfulness and, the 'earthly' Monarchy 'promises' people 'immunity' in that they will not be 'disadvantaged' on account of their religious belief as long as they do not disturb the peace of the land;

The 'charge' at hand has arisen due to an apparently 'minor' matter in which I had refused pay to the State institution the sum of $8.50, for in my mind that 'tax levy' payment to validate my driver's Certificate of Competency 'pass' qualification would place me in an unconscionable position reference my religious ideals as revealed below.

 Mankind needs to understand that the invisible dark energy of Allah seeks to entrap ALL humanity by getting them to use its dark forceful, punitive and destructive energy so that it can then cause them 'harm' within its "As you sow so shall ye reap" Law. This it also does using 'proof of association' and complicity to the actions of ones servants.

Every time I am detained and thus 'harmed' punitively, it is a coercive attempt by this dark energy operating clandestinely through 'uniformed' men to FORCE me to change my ideological belief, so that I will then be 'funding' the wages of people (state politicians & their enforcers) that cause others to 'suffer' in some way. Be it loss, banishment, deprecation, incarceration, pain or emotional grief.  This I cannot do as it is in defiance of Allah's holy Command of 'peace & love & mercy & forgiveness.'  I can only support and fund benign community effort that is in accordance with Allah's Command.

The result of me being unable to pay the State 'licence' fee 'levy' means that according to 'some' of your political 'rules' I am in default.  Whereas I say that according to the Primary and ruling 'Freedom of religion' Act of the State and Commonwealth Constitution I am not in default, nor am I in any way in contravention of Allah's "Go your way in peace" command.  I drive as a qualified driver but have no State issued 'license.' 

It is a minor but very important 'moral' matter to me, and my 'default' has in the past resulted in me being jailed four times by magistrates that have refused to 'consider' my defence as they assumed it as 'irrelevant' and not worth reading.   I can only now 'trust' that Allah places me in front of an 'honourable' Judge who will at least consider this statement I submit to the Court on the fresh date set for 'hearing' on 5 August 2009.

I do believe that every person that is an absolute pacifist and thus does not disturb the peace of the land is a person that has a democratic right and freedom to go about their daily business without having to 'belong to' or 'bow down to' the proclamations, decrees, orders, rules, constraints, interference, or other impositions of any institution of man or any other individual.

I do believe that the 'enforcers' of any institution of man have NO right to interfere in the life or livelihood or living ways of the peaceful and, - - - I believe that any interference in the life of the peaceful is in contravention of;

I do also believe that any interference in the life of the peaceful is in contravention of the primary ruling ACT of their own Constitution;

I am also aware that the 'government' of every land is the punitive and controlling 'instrument' of Allah the Dark Sovereign Power that is used by Allah to punish those that offended HIM when in their past they 'disturbed the peace of the land' as they defied His;

I ask the Court magistrate to grant me the time to clarify my reasons as to 'why' I should be set free within the Primary Command of Allah as well as within the 'Freedom of religion' Acts above, as this will enlighten the police and judiciary that err greatly. 

It is my intent to prove my innocence to all prior 'convictions' using the arresting officer Constable Kent Ritchie as my primary witness, for he has been the main person that continually wages a war of 'inquisition' * against me knowing full well my 'dedicated' belief in bowing to Allah and Allah alone, and thus being unable to monetarily fund an institution (State) that has the the opposing religious belief - ideology - code of conduct way of 'control, regulation, punishment and war.'  For in funding it, I would be defiant of Allah through my support of a contra punitive and warring doctrine.

In fact as I have known constable Ritchie for many years, and his 'knowledge' of my peaceful, kind, 'creative' demeanour is the proof of my 'innocence,' and I ask the court magistrate to set me free from the present case and all prior convictions if he is 'satisfied' that I am a proven pacifist within the constraints of the Primary TRUTHFUL and RULING Command of Allah:

And the constraints of the 'Freedom of religion' acts of the Constitution of his institution from which constable Kent Ritchie and the magistrate obtain their authoritative mandate.

I do believe that now is the time for the police and judiciary of the land to see and understand that NOT everyone on the land is a 'subject of' the State nor to be 'subjected to' punishment for non-conformity to rules of State institutions if they are proven to be absolute pacifists. For if their religious ideological belief is in absolute obedience to Allah and His primary ruling command AND, it is proven to be 'benign' within the 'public order and morality' clause of the 'Freedom of religion' Act, then they should have IMMUNITY granted unto them by the Constitution of the Monarchy.

I add, I write and submit this 'No plea' Statement to the charge against me as it is false, illegal and in contravention of the guaranteed 'Freedom of Religion' clauses within the Tasmanian and Australian Constitutions referred to within this Statement.  I tender this statement as a part of my defence.

I state that as a 'free' man I hold the view and belief that as Allah is my Monarch that it is imperative for me to ONLY obey His holy Command: "Go your way in peace, be loving, kind, merciful, compassionate and forgiving to those that go forth 'sinning' as they disturb the peace of the land."

Hence my total adherence to my religious ideological belief as granted to me by Allah and by the Constitution of your institution, as I abstain from any form of control or violence carried out personally, nor can I employ others to be 'violent' or punitive on my behalf.  I bow in absolute subservience to Allah's holy command, and this precludes me from funding your institution with its contra ideological 'religious' doctrine of war.

The 'Freedom of religion' Act also states that I should not be disadvantaged in any way as long as I do not disturb the peace of the land, but the further 'insanity' of the matter is, that according to your 'rules' I am being 'disadvantaged, for I am excluded from obtaining any insurance policy through not having paid your institution a 'levy.' This means that your own Institution is putting others at 'risk' because any TP loss or injury policy I take out privately is 'invalidated' by your 'control' over the Insurance business.  This is State institution interference in the public insurance business.

I cannot be a 'party' member of your institution in that I cannot vote nor condone nor support its punitive aspects, nor can I fund it's punitive 'arm' in any way, for to so do would in my belief imply that I was fellowshipping 'with' and supporting the contra religious ideological belief in the use of force to control and punish and wage war upon others in the community or over the sea.

I further believe that if I were to 'employ' servants (state officers) to go forth and cause others harm or, to inflict punishment or, to disturb the peace or, to interfere in the lives of others that I would be complicit to what I perceive as 'terrorist' activities, and would thus place myself within the punitive aspect of Allah's: "As you or your servants do unto others will be done unto you by others" and, my future would be bleak and one of suffering.

I have been greatly inconvenienced over many years and my wife has been traumatised many a time as I was abducted and transported and held in bondage against my will for months at a time and subjected to 'slave' wages when forced to work for the State prison for a 'pittance.'

If a man cannot be 'free' to live according to his conscience and follow his chosen Monarch because some 'other' mortal demands to be the 'head of house' and legislates 'such,' and uses force of arms to so accomplish, then that mortal king or legislator or rule is enslaving the other forcefully and is disturbing the peace for 'pecuniary' interest, and the enforcers are defiant of their own rules as well as Allah's Command.

State police forces, the prosecution, and some magistrates and judges believe that they have the right and justification to disturb the peace of the land as they interfere in my life and affairs, and as they punish me they are trying to COERCE me by 'legislative' harassment, fine and incarceration into changing my religious belief and fiscally supporting their contra religious belief by payment of an annual taxation 'fee,' and this coercive 'activity' is forbidden within their own rules.

The police say: "Ignorance of the legislated rules is NO excuse, and any non-conformity is punished." I say: "Your ignorance of your own Constitutional rules/law is NO excuse, and if you invade my 'space' and terrorise me then you are in contravention of your own rules and will suffer the consequence within your own rules AND at the hand of Allah within His Law."

Am I punishable within your rules/law if I do disturb the peace of the land? YES, because by my actions I show Allah and you that I am being untrue to my chosen doctrine, and by this faithless 'act' I show Allah and man that my 'new' ideological policy is one whereby I believe that I can use force to disturb the peace of others and, - - -

As I would then be a 'follower' and adherent to your punitive doctrine, I would be punishable by you within your rules. Until that day when I become an 'infidel' non-believer in 'peace' that is defiant of Allah I ask: "Please leave me in peace."

Remember, even if I am punishable within the rules of your institution for factually disturbing the peace, and if you do punish me, that you now are in contravention of Allah's "Peace" Command, and you place yourself within the punitive aspect of His "As you sow so shall ye reap" Law. Rehabilitation using education is the way forward.

Any 'official' person that goes forth 'armed' and abducts a person from their home and transports them and hands them over to others to be punished or incarcerated that is 'found' to be operating illegally and outside the rules of engagement of their own Constitution is deemed by their own institution to be a vindictive terrorist.

There are those now in 'power' within the community that observe the 'letter of the law' with absolute strictness, and they will 'brook' NO discrepancy in respect of the absolute Right of the individual to live in accordance with their religious belief as long as they do not impose their beliefs forcefully upon others and, as long as they live peacefully upon the land and do not disturb the peace of others.

There is now to be a "No tolerance" attitude taken towards anyone of the public or state official having any racial prejudice or religious INTOLERANCE.

I am advised by THE AUTHORITY that: Any 'official' or person inciting civil unrest in matters pertaining to the Constitutional "freedom of religion" Act will be very harshly dealt with.

I am advised by THE AUTHORITY that: Any 'official' or person found disturbing the peace of the peaceful for any reason will be very harshly dealt with.

I am advised by THE AUTHORITY that: Any 'official' or person unlawfully interfering in the lives of the peaceful for any reason will be very harshly dealt with.

I am advised by THE AUTHORITY that: Any 'official' or person found to be carrying out any unlawful arrest – transportation – detention or punishment due to their disregard of the religious beliefs of others that do not disturb the peace of the land will be very harshly dealt with.  I submit this statement as well as the entire contents of my on line 'absolute pacifist' document to assist you.

I ask you to release me from their 'charge' and 'relinquish' me from all prior demands made upon me by the enforcement department due to their ignorance of the facts, for according to their 'book' I am in 'debt' to them.

Executive power wielded yesterday, today and forever is the Dark Sovereign Power of Allah in operation through the mind of ignorant man, it is 'control' backed by force of arms. (Guns, sword, spear, axe, arrow, fists, boots, etc.) Executive power is exactly that, the 'absolute' power to execute people. (Kill them)

It is wielded in the Court of man by men operating 'as' Allah, and their passing of a punitive 'sentence' is the Judgement of Allah 'executed' by the invisible punitive demonic forces of Allah that 'control' the mind of the magistrate, judge or other, being anyone imposing any punitive judgement upon another.

Executive power flows down to those 'in power' via the authority vested in man through 'orders' issued either directly by superiors or indirectly via books of 'rules.' In this 'case' it is the RULES that are the 'Executive power' that 'empower' or 'licence' armed men to go forth on their duty to the RULES.

Executive power is vested in those 'officials' or 'people' who defy Allah's Command as they go their way 'behaving badly' in Allah's eyes because they interfere, instil fear, extort money, criticise, condemn, judge, abuse, punish or kill others 'officially' or otherwise.

Ninety nine percent of 'judgements' have nothing to do with the 'case' at hand.  Allah is not concerned whether you wear a seatbelt or not, thus any monetary punishment by 'fine' or loss of property or imprisonment for fine payment default has simply arisen from some other time and place (In this life or pre-birth) where you or your servants stole from others, interfered in their life, abused them etc., through your defiance of the "Peace & love" Command of Allah. 

In the case of a hanging, when a person had killed another, then in that instance the death 'sentence' given by the Court was the fulfillment of Allah's 'eye for an eye' Law meted out at Allah's 'nod.'  The invisible Dark energy essence of Allah knows all, in that anyone that has used it is marked by it, and NONE can avoid its 'comeback' at a later stage.  Absolute Justice exists, and a person is only 'free' from suffering injury, deprivation, persecution etc., when they have no more 'dues to Allah' to PAY.

The Executive 'power to execute' (kill) also flows through those members of the community that are not empowered by rules, they are simply following their dark emotions and thoughts that justify their anti-pacifist ideology, and their thoughts also stem from the Dark Sovereign Power of Allah operating through the mind of ignorant man.  Divine Justice is being meted out at all times when anyone is being abused.

The Executive power – authority – mandate as contained within the principle clause of the Constitution of Australia is daily 'usurped' by enforcers that are ignorant of this Act that of itself is in accordance with Allah's Command.

It is obvious that the latter day and conflicting rules and regulations raised up by politicians within their state statutes cannot or should not be 'permitted' to overrule or override the primary Acts of the Constitution because, - - -

The Executive Mandate given to the State enforcers does not apply to persons bowing in conformity to Allah's Command, because those bowing to Allah's command are 'supposedly' given immunity from persecution and prosecution by the Constitutional rulings above. That Constitutional decree de-powers any later decrees, rules or statutes raised up by politicians that would force a peaceful person into funding and supporting a contra 'warring' ideological policy.

It follows, that any officer of State who is ignorant of these Constitutional acts above is operating outside of his Institutional and Constitutional mandate. It also follows that within his own institution he is being 'offensive' and is therefore liable to be held accountable.

The facts of the matter are that man has for so long been doing the wrong thing according to Allah, that he is no longer able to exercise his own conscience due to being overruled by rules that force him to defy Allah as well as the Constitution of his own institution.

What earthly 'power' defends the Might of the Constitution of any earthly governing Institution?

It is the punitive and destructive Might of the armed forces of said institution.  This 'Might' can only be 'authorised' to act against local policing agencies by the supreme earthly power emanating from 'The High Court' of the land, a court that 'adjudicates' on Constitutional matters.

What spiritual 'power' defends the Might of Allah's Command against those that disturb the peace?

Disturbing the peace of PEACEFUL citizens is UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

Until the 'day' comes when politicians, policemen, prosecutors, magistrates and judges are literally stopped in their 'tracks' from interfering in the lives of people through their ignorance of Allah's Law, as well as through their ignorance of the 'rules, acts and powers' of the Constitution of their own Institution, they will simply carry on 'cruelly' causing harm to people and consequently they will accrue a similar spiritual due.

From my personal interaction with the 'enforcers' of the Tasmanian State institution I can but say that any reference to their mandate or authority granted to them by their own Constitution has either been 'scoffed' at or simply ignored, and this has resulted in my being kidnapped from my home, transported, enslaved at slave wages, impoverished and mentally and emotionally 'tortured.'

Politicians make many rules, and many are 'contrary' to others, and this enables the ignorant to impose 'strictures' upon others that they are not 'empowered' to do within the 'context' of the institutional mandate of the Constitution.

All empowerment to go forth and impose punishment in the form of fines, incarceration or loss of property etc., comes from rules in a book as well as from the gun, for any armed enforcer can do whatever they wish to with or without the 'backing' of the rules, edicts, decrees that they name 'the law.'

Man makes hundreds upon hundreds of rules, and these rules or 'laws' are simply decrees or 'orders' issuing forth from the ignorant, vain, greedy and arrogant who seek to appease their 'flocks' and to maintain their position of power, for they believe that they are as mighty as Allah and superior to other mortals under their 'armed control.'

As long as the individual kept in alignment to their peaceful ideology all subsequent 'rules' (laws) of the land invoked over time were deemed 'invalid' and of no consequence' to the peaceful individual, and no peaceful person was to be 'disadvantaged' by any enforcer as a result of their 'peaceful' ideological belief.

As time passed by, those in 'power' became more demanding of the people of the land, and they became more 'ungodly,' arrogant and ignorant of the rules of the Constitution, rules that were of a different 'set,' and as such there arose the false assumption that every person of the land was under their control.

What the enforcement 'arm' of the institution needs to see is, that they have by precedent and ignorance of THE LAW of the Constitution they supposedly 'serve' now become the 'fall guys.'

For they are being led to the 'slaughter' by the politicians that raised up 'latter day' rules that themselves force young men to 'blindly' and criminally interfere in the lives of the peaceful unto their own demise through their own ignorance of Constitutional Law.

Are you a person that violates the 'ruling' of the rules of your own Constitution? Do you believe that THE AUTHORITY of the institution of the land will 'forgive' you for your arrogant, persecutive imposition of suffering upon the 'innocent'? Do you believe that your Creator will 'forgive' you? I can assure you that Allah's Law is UNYIELDING.

You may not believe in Allah the invisible superpower, if so, then why not simply educate yourself reference the authority or otherwise invested in your 'wage' and your 'gun' to see 'if' you are operating 'legally' within the Constitution or simply as a criminal 'terrorist' in respect of your treatment of me or any other peaceful person?

Man sees not how everyone is soon to be 'stopped in their tracks' in the manner revealed by this my 'pen,' and if Allah IS my 'protector' then why does HE permit me to be harassed continually?

It is simply because I am His 'scapegoat' that needs to be the 'fall guy' so that I am able to 'address' the situation in a manner that may save 'some' as it elevates the consciousness of mankind.

Allah requires me to put myself 'out there' so that I have the opportunity of showing up the error of man's ways so that they, mankind, have the opportunity of seeing IT and thus have the choice to make amends with Allah and their fellow man, as they lay down their 'mace' that is the 'text book' rulings, the disgrace. For IT is what leads man away from Allah and into 'criminal' activity.

Because of the 'promise' by politicians to 'the people' to give them protection, and to enable the politicians to maintain absolute control over the populace, they ignorantly invoke more and more 'Acts of permission' to the police enforcers of the land.

What are these greater powers, and what do they 'permit' the police to do, and what impact do they have on me or you the simpleton who ventures forth from their home and enters town occasionally?

They 'permit' officials to intrude more into ones affairs, to intimidate more, to coerce more, to trespass more, to invade ones home more, to steal more, to punish more, to cause more mental and emotional trauma and, - - -

How do the policemen view these greater powers bequeathed to them by legislation?

They are 'delighted,' because they feel more powerful because they know that they can do whatever they wish to in order to 'get their man' so to speak, but none see the greater havoc they wreak in the process, for they do not feel what their 'victim' feels.

None see their greater imposition of trauma imposed upon the public, and more to the point, none see that one day ahead within their own 'belly' they will feel terrified and very, very sick.

Foolish are those that condone, support, or fund systems of INIQUITY.

Foolish is a policeman that 'permits' legislation to overrule his integrity, his conscience, his respect, his compassion, his inner light, and force him to defy Allah and go forth and disturb the peace of the land and fight his sister, brother, father, mother and others , be they friends known or as yet unmet.

~ In the 'line of Duty' ~
The 'right' to become an aggressor

Policemen and other 'armed forces' men are 'permitted' by their rules of engagement to contravene the 'godly' moral and civil code of conduct of peace, love, mercy, compassion, respect and forgiveness, and for this contravention they are not punishable within the State statutes, * edicts, acts, laws of man, for without their 'mercenary services' * the politicians would be unable to coerce the people into the endless taxation extortion that has found its 'way' into every aspect of and activity of man.

Note: not punishable within the State statutes, * - If it is proven that their mandate is voided by the 'Freedom of religion' Act in the Constitution, then they are punishable through the superior High Court that upholds the Constitutional authority.

Not only this, but without this punitive force politicians would be unable to satisfy the demands of the public in reference to 'protection' that is promised to those that support the system. Regrettably the 'defence' force as it is known has also now been 'licensed' to go forth and invade and destroy as it roams far over land and sea.

Does Allah 'permit' the use of aggression? Yes, for Allah gives everyone a personal choice to heed or deny His; "Go your way in peace and love one another" Command - - - BUT - - - what man does not understand is, that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.  For that is not only a 'scientific' FACT, but it is also backed by the eternal 'flow' of Allah's ENERGY that is a LAW unto ITSELF.

When you fight or attack or abuse or punish, you are 'simply' placing yourself within the parameters of the DARK aspect of Allah's ONE Law;

"What unto others is done by you or your servants will by others be done unto you"
"As you sow so shall ye reap on an EQUAL or 'eye for an eye' basis."

THAT IS ABSOLUTE JUSTICE

I am here to 'teach' ignorant man about the true nature of the SOURCE, for IT has two equally powerful but opposite polarities. One is benign and creative and the other is malignant and destructive. This essence of Allah is pure energy that is in fact limitless and indestructible. (Refer Link - Allah is Allah)

The LIGHT 'intelligent' energy of Allah 'warns' man to ONLY sup on the benign aspect so that within ITS "As you did sow so shall ye reap" Law they ahead will receive an equal benign return of happiness meted out with absolute exactness, and IT forbids us to sup on the Dark energy.

The DARK 'intelligent' energy of Allah tempts man to sup on ITS powerful energy to seize, invade, enslave, control, extort, punish, destroy and kill, so that within ITS "As you did sow so shall ye reap" Law, they ahead will receive an equal malignant return of agony meted out with absolute exactness as it attempts to destroy us for our defiance of the Light.

The positive, kindly, respectful, caring, loving and happy emotions within man ARE of the essence of Light energy.
The negative, cruel, callous, merciless, destructive and angry emotions within man ARE of the essence of Dark energy.

The more you use either energy in your daily activity the more of 'that' nature of essence you draw into your spirit soul and, the larger grow the emotions of this energy within you.  The more you use either of these energies in your daily activities, the more your 'expression' impacts upon those around you.

Whenever you 'sow' goodness it becomes a spiritual return 'due' of goodness to be meted out to you by Allah at a later stage via the mind or hands of the merciful beneficent in this or the after life.

Whenever you 'sow' badness it becomes a spiritual return 'due' of badness to be meted out to you by Allah at a later stage via the mind or hands of the merciless and cruel that are malignant in this or the after life.

The peaceful and loving are to be seen on earth, as are the opposite that are forceful, disrespectful and destructive.  Which are you?  Are you aware that when 'in the line of duty' to man and you go forth with the intent to in some way PUNISH another, then you are 'backed' by the forceful and destructive energy of Allah that 'justifies' your activity FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE of destroying your soul?

Is it really as 'simple' as it seems when a person says: "It's my DUTY"?  Is it not ones PRIMARY duty to be faithful to Allah and to obey His superior; "Go your way in peace and love one another and be merciful, compassionate and forgiving" Command?  Any person that sees their 'duty' as justified and honourable when it is in 'conflict' with Allah's 'invocation' via my pen is very ignorant, unwise and foolhardy, and they are the 'deceived' that have been misled by the precedents set by their ancestors and legislative officials of State.

It is my intent to elevate the consciousness of mankind to the point that all begin to see that when they go forth to limit, restrict, control or punish those perceived as needing 'correction,' that they themselves become beasts of a darker ilk and themselves accrue a due within Allah's Law as His Dark energy 'adjusts' and corrects itself.

Try and see that one should ONLY 'interfere' in the lives of those that disturb the peace for the SOLE purpose of educating them, as this is the 'correction' ordained by Allah, and only this way does one remain within the 'safe' code of conduct 'policy' decreed by Allah the Almighty.

In the 'line of duty' that I daily 'perform' I am always benign, approachable, kind, merciful, compassionate and forgiving and, - - - I do not ever need to defend myself because I KNOW that any suffering being imposed upon me by the ignorant is a past 'due' being imposed by Allah via them and, even though they may have instigated their 'attack' upon me using their rules, the punishment I receive has naught to do with said rules but everything to do with what I did unto others in a prior time, be it in this life or when in spirit realms.

I also know that any form of physical self-defence is in itself a contravention of the Command of Allah, for 'defence' would require me to 'sup' on dark forceful energy, and through this act I could harm another, and thus accrue another 'penalty' due, as I sullied my rose in defiance of Allah.

When a 'common' person or an 'official' of an institution imposes 'conditions of existence' upon others then Allah within His 'greater' and immutable "As you did sow so shall ye reap" Law imposes an EQUAL 'condition of existence' upon that person at a later time using other people who are equally arrogant, disrespectful and ignorant.

When a 'common' person or an 'official' of an institution imposes any 'punitive response' upon others for any non-conformity to said conditions of existence, then Allah within His 'greater' and immutable "As you did sow so shall ye reap" Law imposes an EQUAL and 'punitive response' upon that person within the punitive aspect of His 'Eye for an eye' Law using other people that are equally arrogant and ignorant.

The return by Allah of imposed conditions of existence or any punitive response may only be obvious or apparent or meted out at a later time in this life or it may only be done in the afterlife in dark realms below wherein exist demonic forces that spend their 'time' in perpetual vengeful activities.

Time as time passes by moment by moment, and every moment that passes by is soon forgotten by simple man due to 'him' busily doing this or that activity.

When one uses a 'still' camera it 'catches' a very brief moment in time that remains 'frozen' as such, and simple man sees not that eternal time is eternally frozen in that in spiritual realms one can see into the past and recall everything.

This means that the invisible forces (discarnate spirits) of the Dark Sovereign Power Allah need NO 'investigative' purposes prior to enforcing the punitive aspect of Allah's Law, for every activity of man that is in contravention of Allah's Command is known by them and they can at any time 'swiftly' mete out retribution, and the deeper implications of this is not understood by man but it is 'open' to me.

If a man is TRUE to his conscience and TRUE to Allah, then why do 'police' find 'cause' to disturb his peace? The answer is simple, the gun bearing 'interferers' are being paid a wage to force the meek and mild into submitting to the control, regulation and extortion of the vain, proud, arrogant, ignorant and greedy politicians or Chiefs, Kings, Warlords, Emperors etc.

All humanity is presently walking their road in contravention of Allah's Command, either personally or via operatives that do their 'dirty' work in their name and on their behalf. Every person needs to read the contents of the 'Law of Allah' as well as the 'Consequence of Action' documents reached through the LINKS at the end of this paper.

Persons employed by institutions named 'The legitimate government' by said institution are persons that have been deceived by the beliefs of their forefathers and are thus living under the 'delusion' that every 'citizen' is a 'party member' of their institution and thus to be held in bondage and 'enslaved' to ITS rules, decrees, acts etc.

I state: "I and most 'others' NEVER made any 'contractual' agreement to be a 'slave' to this institution, nor did I ever agree to be RULED by other mortal men posing as 'servants' that 'back' their beliefs with GUNS."  So if you are so foolish as to pay their wages you are committing a mortal and spiritual 'Sin' through your contravention of Allah's Holy Word and, you deserve everything you get thrust upon you, being more control, regulation, extortion, impoverishment, dispossession, punishment etc.

I add: People that are ignorant of spiritual truth & Allah's Law believe that to remain 'Free men' that they have the right of 'insurrection,' and they fight their oppressor so as to remain free from being enslaved or destroyed.  This is the 'way' of sinful man that defy their Allah in every way.

People that are absolute pacifists due to their knowledge of spiritual truth & Allah's law know that they must never 'fight' their oppressor to remain free, because they know that if they 'fight' they are not only defiant of Allah's : "Go in peace" Command, but in 'fighting' they would be supping on the 'fruit of evil' and IT would return on another day and 'burn' them for using IT, for THAT is the fulfillment of Allah's "As you sow so shall ye reap" Law.

Thus the true pacifist 'believer' never wields a sword, but simply defies the edicts of their 'oppressor' as they get on with their life with Allah's Light as their 'wife,' and they willingly 'suffer' any punishment as they 'turn the other cheek' as commanded by Allah in the foreknowledge that; any 'imposition' resulting in their suffering is 'Allah sent' to set them truly free spiritually from their 'errant' spiritual past, so that one day ahead their soul will rise UP into the Light of Heaven.

I say but a few words reference ones Civil Rights in this document as it has been referred to in other areas of my web site.

Every person has the Allah-given right to walk alone or apart from 'belonging to' or being a 'member of' any group or organisation. This means that the governing institutions raised up by kings, chiefs, or other warrior tribes that used force to seize control of lands and people are simply the same as any other institution, except for the fact that their 'controls and punishment' are backed by armed men carrying weapons of death.

It is your Allah-given Right to walk apart from such an institution by not voting for its elevation, not condoning its ways, nor by funding it. Allah commands everyone to only fund benign community effort.

No policeman has any 'official' or legal right to inflict the rules of engagement of his 'book of rules' upon any person that has NOT disturbed the peace of the land because, said rules do not apply to persons adhering to the Command of Allah. Nor do they apply to persons proven to not fund their institutional organisation, nor vote for it, nor condone its ways, for by their peaceful deeds they show that they belong to a different system of belief.

You have the right to go about your daily business without first having to pay any 'levy, fee, or taxes' to anyone. Neither do you have to ask permission from anyone before getting on with your life.  Naturally any positive and helpful codes of practice for the varieties of operations may be followed, but you have a right to build a 'hut' with a grass roof if you so wish without first obtaining permission from any other mortal.

Naturally you would study the road 'code of conduct' and learn to drive safely and receive a 'pass' qualification before venturing forth, but you do not need to pay any annual tax to validate your certificate of competency.

Yes you have the right to not be interfered with or abused by anyone, but this 'protection' from or by Allah is only existent if you have obeyed Allah's Command, both personally and by not funding the wages of others that went forth in your name and disturbed the peace of others.

All have erred in Allah's eyes due to the sinning 'ways' of our forefathers that established rule by force. All men of religion be they Islamic clerics or Christian priests also fell by the wayside as they fearfully 'bowed' to the temporal power of 'Caesar' and joined forces with him or others of his warring 'ilk,' and thus giving his dark ways their blessing by walking hand in hand with warriors.

The only true 'RIGHT' that you now have is to bow to Allah and conform to His Command. All have lost their right to 'freedom' until such time as Allah's Law is satiated, and you have paid all your spiritual dues of 'suffering' to Allah.

Foolish are those that believe that in praising mortal 'saviours' that they can avoid Allah's Law or void ITS absolute justice.  The LAW of the land to which all men are 'subject to' is THE LAW OF Allah, and IT stands above any decrees or rules raised up by man.

All religions thus stumbled and the 'priestly' clan will all by Allah be sent into purgatory/Hell for a time and a time for this weakness, complicity, and faithless deception of His children as revealed by my pen. (Refer Link below)

~ Religion ~

The word 'Religion' has become 'compromised' and 'lost.' Its true meaning has been distorted in the mind of man similarly as has the word 'gay' that is also distorted and now symbolises 'a homosexual person.'  We should know that many homosexuals may well be joyful and thus 'happy & gay' whereas many others might be angry, jealous, vindictive, vain and arrogant or, depressed and sorrowful.

The word 'Religion' is the practice of the doctrinal code of conduct (ideals) and, the recognition by man of a superhuman power entitled to obedience, reverence, and worship. (Allah)

Ones ‘Religion’ is not the named institution, be it Jehovah Witness, Dutch reform, Islam, Christian, Catholic, Buddhism etc., it is the “Warring or peaceful” code of conduct activity (actions) of the adherents of the organization or institution as ‘judged’ by Allah, and this ‘judgement’ is based upon:

1 – The base ‘nature’ of the tabled ‘doctrine’ raised up by those ‘official’ members that ‘form’ the ideology of the institution, being its rules/laws/rituals.
2 - The individual nature ‘displayed’ by the individuals that fellowship with the institution and their individual code of conduct.
3 – The ‘activity’ of the officials of the institution that uphold its principles and their individual code of conduct.

The Doctrine - the teaching of a 'church' or religion or other teacher that forms the 'base' upon which a person bases their 'ethical' code of conduct.

It is Allah that ‘Judges’ all activity carried out either personally or as an ‘official’ in the name of any institution, and this activity is ‘measured’ against His Primary Truthful and Ruling Command with its code of conduct demand; "Go your way in peace and love one another and be merciful, compassionate, and forgiving." Any activity that is in contravention of this Command is ‘offensive’ in His eyes and the person is deemed to require ‘correction’ within the “As you sow so shall ye reap” Law of Allah.

Ones 'faith' is not the named religion or institution, ones 'faith' or 'faithlessness' is ones capacity to 'bow' in conformity to the code of conduct ideals ordained by the super-power, Allah.

If any supposed 'secular' organisation espouses a code of conduct 'policy' forcefully or otherwise, it is in fact a religion due to it having 'ideals' that form ITS code of conduct to be adhered to by those that uphold it and fund it.

As freedom of religion is a fundamental human right, if this court punishes me then it means that: The magistrate has denied my fundamental right to religious freedom, and at the same time he is exerting his power to uphold the State’s belief in its right to impose its ideological belief of absolute control over me by punishing me for non-conformity to its Religion.

If this court punishes me, then what it actually means is that the magistrate is saying to me: “As you refuse to fund our ‘opposing’ system of belief then we will ‘run you off the road’ using force of arms and, we will cause you the ‘injury’ of being subjected to ‘disability,’ mental and emotional trauma, deprivation of liberty, dispossession of money or goods, ongoing incarceration etc., and your family will also suffer the same ‘collateral’ injury and, we do this because we believe that the ‘Freedom of religion’ clause of our institution is an INVALID insurance policy.”

The unseen spiritual reality is that if I am punished ‘today’ then it is simply the imposition of suffering by Allah operating through the mind of the magistrate of His earthly Court system, and the ‘sentence’ has nothing to do with the $8.50 tax levy, for within Allah’s Justice/Law, if I did ‘owe’ Caesar (State) $ 8.50 then Allah would enforce the taking of only that sum of $8.50 from my purse; it follows that, - - -

For anyone or me to suffer any ‘disability,’ mental and emotional trauma, deprivation of liberty, dispossession of money or goods or property, ongoing incarceration etc., it means that in my past I did impose that ‘disability’ upon others either directly or indirectly by supporting a punitive institution that did it on my behalf and in my name and, - - -

In this and every ‘sentencing’ case, the whole ‘tax paying’ community is complicit and unknowingly being used to contravene the Primary Command of Allah, and all suffer the same ‘fate’ at a later date, be it in this or the after life.

The Court of man is the ‘spiritual’ Court of the Dark Sovereign Power-Allah, and this ‘factor’ needs to now be understood by all mankind, especially those that ‘Judge’ others as they ‘play’ Allah, and it also needs be understood by every taxpayer, for they are complicit to every punitive judgement, and all will ‘reap’ the consequence of their actions before by Allah being set free.

The Dark Sovereign Power is to now relinquish His punitive control over this realm to the Light Sovereign Power, and He the Dark Sovereign Power will take all His ‘followers’ down into His lower dark realms.

Be you a uniformed mandated ‘official,’ or a terrorist, or a ‘common’ thief, or ‘wife’ basher, or false preacher, when you rise up each day and go forth with the intent and subsequent deed to; 'bring others to account punitively – criticize or judge them – steal their property – cause mental, emotional or physical injury – control them – detain them – interfere in their life or livelihood – tax them - coerce them – threaten them - incarcerate them – berate them' etc., then you are all of the same dark ‘breed’ of offenders in Allah’s sight, and it is Allah to bring you all to ‘account’ at the time and in the place chosen by Allah.  Be it in this life or other, for we do all live ‘forever’ somewhere.

~ The poisoned cup & the holy grail ~

The poisoned 'cup' is the cup of liquid evil used by sorcerers to place their 'spell' upon the other as they contaminate the other, injure them, cause them sorrow and hardship, dispossess or destroy them, and the 'contamination' is that their victim then becomes as 'evil' as the sorcerer, and find their own justification to defy Allah and retaliate and, - - -

Everyone becomes 'offensive' in the eyes of the Creator and are perceived by Him as a 'bad' seed supping on the forbidden fruit of evil of His Dark destructive Source that only HE is authorised to use and, they become one to be controlled, restricted, enslaved, dispossessed, confined, punished, and ultimately destroyed in the underworld by His punitive forces for their ongoing evil deeds.

The 'holy grail' is the cup of Salvation that contains liquid gold, being pure love with all its attributes of goodness & mercy & forgiveness, and any person that sups from this Light creative Source is elevated way, way UP into the Light where they dance 'joyously' forever in His sight.

When any person criticises others or in any way uses forceful means to control them or harm them in any way they are in fact dipping an arrow into the poisoned cup and 'firing' it into the soul of the other, and both then suffer, for this dark arrow 'wounds' and then as a 'boomerang' slowly begins to 'swing around' and over time it returns to 'strike' the sender, for that is the fulfillment of Allah's immutable Law: "As you sow so shall ye reap," and the pain goes round and around in perpetuity unless by my pen they are set free.

As every earthly government operates solely with the use of 'force of arms' as the means to extort money from the people, and to punish them for any non-conformity to its ruling 'dictates,' it follows that the power base of these governments are based on the use of EVIL (Dark forceful, destructive energy) and, many of the 'official' activities of its serving members are in contravention of Allah's Primary Command.

Everyone needs to now strengthen their mind and begin to see REALITY, for then they will have the opportunity to CHOOSE the right path, and then they will dip their arrows into the cup of liquid 'gold' love and release it into the rising Sun and, - - - as it flies straight and true they can 'hang on' to its tail feathers and be elevated spiritually as they mercifully forgive their enemy, become kind and respectful to all and remain TRUE to Allah's Command.

It is now your 'choice' to set yourself free

~ The 'dilemma' of the Judge ~

Dear Magistrate, I ask, when does a Judge exercise his conscience? For it appears to me that 'generally' in this world today where there are two 'ruling' possibilities, that the 'persecutive' one is chosen rather than the peaceful and pacifist one.

It follows that there must be a reason as to "why" the mind of the Judge swayed to that Dark mental and emotional side rather than to the Light mental and emotional aspect. Could it be that the mind of the Judge is being 'swayed' telepathically by a superior force? Allah maybe?

As a spiritual healer operating in the field of 'possession' whereby there is interference in the psyche of man, I do realise that this does happen, especially when the person 'judging' another is under great pressure to 'condemn,' rather than to 'set free.'

You 'Sir' are unknowingly the 'Judge' chosen by Allah to see if you can exercise your 'Light' and benign conscience in a TRIAL & TEST 'case' that is of immense importance to everyone on the planet.

I say this because the trial is 'open' as such on the internet, and it is to do with the Allah-given right of mortal man to live in peace, and to live peacefully, and to NOT be coerced or forced by any man or institution into 'engaging in' or condoning anti-pacifist doctrine through the support or funding of the warring and punitive institutions of man.

The implications of the outcome of this case are great, for if you are employed by the punitive system of man for the purpose of judging whether a man is guilty within the 'rules' of the multitude of statutes at your disposal, and as said, if there are 'apparently' two possibilities to choose from that are 'possibly' in 'conflict' reference their result, then what do you do?

I ask, is it not 'correct' and right to select the benign one rather than the malignant and punitive one? Is it not 'safer' to so do in that it shows ones Creator that one is being merciful as commanded by Allah rather than merciless?

Is it not 'correct' and right to choose the Statute that STATES: There is no subsequent rule or ruling that can override or supersede this Constitutional ACT.

The coming 'case' in question is one in which I am being 'tried' because I wish to demonstrate to all mankind that any person that does 'bow' in conformity to Allah's "Go your way in peace and love one another" Code of conduct Command is ENTITLED to NOT support nor fund any 'doctrine' that has the opposing and conflicting punitive & warring code of conduct, e.g. Caesar's. (State governments)

I 'invoke' the 'Freedom of religion' act, wherein it stipulates quite clearly that any person 'protected' by this act will not in any way be disadvantaged as long as they do not disturb the peace of the land.

If I am judged 'Guilty' by you Sir then it actually means that the result of your 'choice' of rule ruling is that I will be 'disadvantaged' due to my 'different religious belief and, it follows that your 'judgement' is the criminal religious 'inquisition' of a person that is peacefully going about his day in conformity to Allah's Command and, I ask: "Why would you, a person taking a wage to uphold the Constitution of the land choose to invoke a subsequent rule that forces you to defy Allah's Command, and either have my possessions stolen to pay for false 'fines' or, have me remanded in prison and ostracised, demeaned, ridiculed and crucified, as I have already been subjected to in the past."?

Note: religious 'inquisition' - The belief by men serving institutions of man that every person on the land must conform to their religion, the 'warring, controlling, and punitive' ideological doctrine they adhere to.  See Links at end of document:  The proof of the existence of a fundamentalist 'State Government religion.'

You 'Sir' are at the pinnacle of your career, and I do believe that your soul is honourable and chosen by Allah to show 'up' the error of the persecuting prosecutor and prior magistrates for continually waging war upon me, a man proven to be peaceful.

If you are 'wise,' you will be able to understand that 'Religion' is not the name attached by men to any religious institution such as Islam, Anglican, Catholic, Buddhist etc., for the 'Religion' is simply the 'ideal,' being the practice of obtaining the ideals of the religion, and the 'recognition' of the superpower to be adored, revered, worshipped and obeyed.  In my case the superpower to be obeyed is Allah, in yours it is the RULES.

The 'Creed' being the 'formula' of a religious belief is the doctrinal 'code of conduct' of said belief.  There are in FACT only two doctrines on earth.

That of 'war' and that of 'peace.'

If you are courageous enough to 'stem' all arguments against the use of the "Religious freedom' Act in my 'case,' then 'second to me,' you will be one of the greatest 'advocates' for TRUTH in this land and, - - -

You will be the person that 'sets' the world's greatest and most important LEGAL Precedent being, - - - ANY person that shows Allah and man that they are peaceful and never lose control of their mind and, thus never raise their 'voice or hand' in anger against any other and, they never rely on the use of 'force' be it armed or otherwise to defend themself, will be protected by Allah and free to roam the planet unhindered and, - - -

If you set me free from my 'Inquisitors,' you show Allah that your 'judgement' is honourable in His eyes as well as within the Authority of the merciful 'Freedom of religion' ACT, and Act that He (Allah) via the mind of mortal man, placed within the Constitution of the institution that you are paid to uphold.

Your Precedent will also become mankind's FIRST 'incentive' to begin to lay down their 'arms' and become absolute pacifists, in the foreknowledge that, as long as they do not disturb the peace of the land in any way, they will no longer be persecuted by Institutional policing forces.  According to Allah's 'Testament of Truth,' peace or policing forces should ONLY 'halt' people that are factually disturbing the peace of the land, and ONLY for the purpose of their education.

Every king, chief, emperor, dictator or mandarin or politician needs to now learn that Allah is the Monarch that owns every land on earth, not them, nor their institutions that employ armed men.

Allah the Monarch is to now sweep away everyone that continues to take up arms against the other, and as prophesied by others before me, this world will be set free from persecution and war after the Wrath of Allah has been seen by all, and then true peace there will be, for only the meek will remain.

Mankind will soon see 'something' and learn 'something.'  Being that men of 'arms,' be they armed or otherwise, are people that believe that they can individually or as a 'group' go forth with a forceful, cruel, and bad intent and deed with the 'religious' ideological belief that they are 'entitled' to carry out vengeful, coercive, punitive or warring 'activities,' being activity that contravenes the absolute pacifist ideology as Commanded by Allah, and not suffer the consequence.

Yes they are entitled to do whatever they wish to, but no person stands above the Law of Allah, and all suffer the 'consequence' of their interaction with others for no 'office' or mandate or 'ruling' by mortal man can void or nullify Allah's Law.

The logical conclusion to this document is that no man has the mandate from Allah to rule any other, and this also applies to any 'club' or institution of man.  Certainly you can 'belong' to a group or institution if you so 'wish,' but there must never be any 'rules' of enforcement that 'legitimise' control, interference or punishment.

Try and see that every government on earth began when men using force of arms seized control of others lands and enslaved them.  For by this control they were able to tax everyone and gain more 'ease' of living, protection, power and importance.

The olden ways were changed from using verbal 'proclamations,' and text named 'laws' were 'tabled' and recorded as 'scripture,' and every person within the boundaries controlled by the king or chief were by 'him' seen as serfs that owed him or his 'flag' their allegiance, and any person seeking to live 'apart' was simply 'excommunicated,' banished, punished, or put to death, for the 'scriptural' rulings of State were adored and perceived as sacred.

Nothing has changed other than everyone now believes that this 'controlled' way of living is normal.  This is a fact, for no king or chief or any of their 'servers' can even consider that anyone could live within the borders they patrol without bowing to their decrees and funding their ideological way.

It is my pen wielded by Allah to now amend this error of belief that is leading mankind into total grief for a time and a time.  I can but advise everyone, especially the 'front line' enforcers, that all are heading the wrong way towards hell, and unless they now take a 'sea change' and amend their ways their sorrows will become endless.

In respect of this simple case of mine whereby ignorant people have been persecuting me for failing to bow to their ideological belief, I can but use it as my primary 'example' and say:

Man has long forgotten that THE absolute 'Authority' is the Dark Sovereign Power, and it is His destructive 'energy' flowing through enforcers that is what commands other people to: "Bow down on your knees and 'freeze,' and await My dictate, for I AM THE AUTHORITY over you due to your allegiance to Me, and you must conform to My decision over you."

Every 'official' in every department of State that uses his position or book of rules to berate or punish others, and every citizen that loses their 'reason' and abuses others is a person that falsely believes that they 'as Allah' have the right to do what they do.  None seeing that by their controlling or punitive actions they are defying the Command of Allah, and place themselves within the punitive aspect of Allah's ONE LAW: "As you do will be done unto you."

If any man punishes me for being an absolute pacifist and living peacefully in accordance with my 'religious' belief then they are GUILTY before Allah, State, and man, for trying to coerce me into denying my belief, my conscience, and Allah.  Furthermore they are GUILTY of Treason against the Authority vested in them by the Constitution of the institution they take a 'wage' to serve.  Allah says:

The logical conclusion is that everyone needs to now turn their face to the Light of Allah and bow in subservience to His Command as they go their way in PEACE, and compassionately and mercifully assist others in this terrifying time soon to be.  As for the 'Question' at the beginning of the document:

"Is there a place and time when a man of PEACE can live in accordance with his absolute pacifist belief - religion - ideology and not be hunted, persecuted, prosecuted and dispossessed of his possessions by 'infidels,'* being persons that are adhering to a contra controlling, punitive and 'warring' system of belief - religion - ideology having the belief in their 'right' to the use of 'rules' and force to RULE others, and to force them to 'bow' to their ideological belief - ideology - religion of War"? 

The answer is "YES," for once mankind is enlightened by this Allah's 'pen' and realises that the use of force is FORBIDDEN by Allah as it is the 'fruit' of the Tree of Evil that is the cause of all mans woes, they will individually refrain from using it or supporting its use by others, and thus they will no longer accrue any painful penalty dues within Allah's Law, and become happy and free.

Treason against the State of Heaven

Political criminals have turned the police ‘union’ into a lawless group of men daily committing acts of treason against their Constitution and their Allah.  This they daily do as they go forth ‘offensively’ and disturb the peace of the land by their complicity with the judiciary to enforcing policy that is in contravention of the Constitution of their own institution.

These criminal activities, legitimized through legislative processes consist of trespass, invasion of privacy, interference in daily living and business affairs, extortion, theft of property, (goods & chattels) kidnap of persons, illegal transport and detention of persons, punishment of persons and more.

The politicians have overruled their Constitutional mandate by conveniently sidelining its significance thereby becoming totalitarian dictators who usurp the rights apportioned them within the Constitutional mandate. Now, instead of working for the benefit of the people they are actually forcing and controlling and subordinating people to their personal doctrinal religious belief.

Their belief is one of their ‘right’ to absolute authoritarian control, regulation, extortion, punishment and war, and these ’rights’ have resulted in an abrogation of their responsibility to uphold the Constitutional freedom of the people.  This is particularly prevalent in respect of the ‘Religious freedom’ Act enshrined within the Constitution, an act stating that persons who do not disturb the peace of the land are ‘supposed’ to be free to go their way UNDISTURBED.

In the case of myself and other peaceful people who do not disturb the peace of the land, we are 'free men' having the legal and moral right to be free from persecution, fine or punishment, and any person be they politician, policeman, magistrate, jailer or judge that 'scorn' or overrule this right using any political rules are acting in a lawless manner and are guilty of Treason against their own Constitution and the State of Heaven.

A prime example of the usurpation by politicians of the Religious Freedom Act upheld by the Constitution is evidenced in the way that, through endless legislation, politicians now ‘sanction’ police intimidation and coercion. This is a clear example of how the enacted ‘rules’ named ‘the law’ are forcing police to do the politicians’ bidding.

The implications of this are very serious for it means that while everyone is asleep to this reality there is no person in a position of ‘authority’ who can halt the iniquity and consequently chaos already rules the land.

So slowly has this deception taken place that now everyone believes that ‘the government’ and its enforcers have absolute control over everyone. Sadly the truth of this is beginning to dawn on some because more individuals begin to realize that there is no freedom to live by ones own ideological policy at least not without being ‘invaded,’ threatened, coerced and punished if your religious belief are contra to the government’s beliefs

The exponential growth of these latter day rules now force the police officers to themselves commit acts of treason against the Constitution as well as of committing offensive criminal acts against the people they are supposed to serve. No one seems to comprehend that these activities are punishable within Commonwealth legislation because they are in contravention of the democratic ‘Freedom of religion’ Act.

Furthermore, these latter day rules now force the police officers to themselves commit acts of treason against the State of Heaven, for any ‘offensive’ or criminal acts against Allah’s children is treasonable, ‘offensive’ and punishable by spiritual death.

The present way in every land is undemocratic and ungodly and there is no freedom for anyone as all are coerced through either fine or punishment into supporting, condoning and funding the DARK Religious ideological doctrine of regulation, extortion, punishment and war. This is the ‘way’ and mark of THE BEAST, the Devil.

Every aspect of business and living is now interfered with and subjected to scrutiny, intrusion, control, regulation, inquisition, levy and punishment for any straying from the directives of the controllers.   Freehold held land and its usage has now also become subjected to the same controls as business and this of itself is also unconstitutional.

Every department of local, state or federal government has become an 'individual' totalitarian office that openly states: "We are the authority and you must bow down to our dictates." The assumption upon which these authoritarian controls is premised on a belief that because we cast 'our' vote that those receiving the majority of votes have by that act received permission to control 'us.' This is a gross error of belief.

For kings, chiefs, and politicians have assumed the right to RULE everyone, even those as me that  NEVER gave them nor anyone such 'license' and I never will and, - - - I NEVER sold myself into enslavement with them nor 'Caesar' (State) for any 'coin,' and I simply add:

"Any 'official' using force to control, interfere, coerce, threaten, punish, tax, appropriate funds, goods, land etc., is a FOOL, and you are all duly 'warned' that in doing what you do means, that the Devil is ensnaring YOU for you are not 'Allah,' and He (Allah) via me needs you to try and see REALITY."

People now are frustrated, exasperated, fed up, and infuriated because they are treated as children and criminalized if they do not conform to activities of 'state' that are so obviously intrusive, controlling, confrontational, aggressive and dictatorial.

The same situation applies to the police who are now in the 'front line' insofar that they are ‘sanctioned’ to enforce all this control which means that they will take the brunt of community anger. That anger is already apparent among the population but soon will escalate over the planet.

As funds lessen due to downturns in government coffers the taxes will be increased and the police will be required to escalate their methods of enforcement to ensure) the added extortion of monies needed to prop up the state.

The police are unable to exercise any ‘restraint’ because they also are now controlled by totalitarian RULES giving them no leeway’ to exercise the rights of their Allah given conscience.

Even if those in authority do not feel the need to bow to Allah’s Command, they do all need to bow to their own Constitution.  However, politicians, police, and judiciary are all ‘guilty’ of Treason against their own Constitutional RULES but ‘who’ is to now bring them to account? Who can change their way and bring them into ‘alignment’ with the requirement of 'civility' when all are now ‘brazen’ criminals that defy their own Institutional rules let alone their defiance to Allah?

Only Allah can now revitalize their ‘conscience’ on an individual level via this my pen that reveals TRUTH. Only the majesty of Allah’s overruling Law will instigate change as IT is wielded by His superior invisible forces, forces that will ‘correct’ and punish all who offended Him and that really is everyone defying His Command to abide in His Commanded ideological code of conduct being: 'PEACE & love & mercy & forgiveness.'

The "Law of the land" invoked by the political legislators pen is now clearly visible as being the Law of the Beast: "Do what thou wilt using my coercive and destructive force."

Any person now going forth as a person ‘authorized’ by a mandate to enforce present legislation is in fact an ‘illegal’ operator within the Constitution as well as being a person in contravention of Allah’s Command.

Sadly these ignorant persons will suffer the consequence within the absolute Justice of Allah, a justice that will be meted out in this land by ‘madmen’ soon to arise everywhere and/or at the hands of demons in the after life.

Within the context of what I have written I want to make it clear that I am not an anarchist because I do believe in Rule by Monarchy however, for me that means “Rule by Allah” the only true Monarch.  Allah is the Monarch and He rules every known and unknown realm be they spiritual or temporal.  When man obeys His Command His RULE is benign and beneficent, when man defies His Command then His RULE is malignant and punitive.

Mankind needs to now recognize Allah as their Monarch and they need to bow to His RULE in obedience to His singular Command: "Go your way in peace." Mankind does not need any temporal 'Monarch of the glen' to control, regulate and punish the population.

It is the time for the police 'union' to advise their men that they must now begin to exercise their Allah given conscience and only be of helpful community service to the people of the land and ONLY haul in those who offend man and Allah by disturbing the peace of the land. These will be educated.

The political madness that continues to grow like a cancer will soon be swamped by the emerging madness of THE PEOPLE who will all be looking for 'scapegoats.'  As their minds become subjugated and controlled by demonic thoughts they will become irrational, merciless, unforgiving and destructive.

Finally, I want to make it clear that I do not enforce my religious ideology of peace, I simply proclaim IT and elevate it onto Allah's golden web pages so that each person of any standing can come to a personally informed decision as to whether it is their truth or otherwise.  I simply ask you to ask yourself: "How does Allah 'view' my personal conduct, and how do I stand within the precepts of His Law."

I write this note to the Police Commissioner of Tasmania where I abide, but its content applies to enforcement 'heads' of every land. It is sent forth because I am concerned for the welfare of the 'forces' men and women under their command, for legislated rules are forcing community 'peace workers' * into extortionist, punitive and 'warlike' activity.

I not only believe but do also know that through the ignorance that abounds within every society, that everyone believes that their mandate to 'operate' is a 'valid' one, and as I see it, everyone has placed themselves into the position whereby they ahead will suffer mental and emotional trauma, great deprivation and physical harm. Be they the enforcer or those that fund their ways.

It is my intent to elevate the consciousness of humanity, and thus I write this in an endeavour to show all the error of their belief that will result in their suffering great grief if they pursue their present track.  As police constables go about their duty each day, they believe that their superiors in higher echelons know what they are doing, and thus they feel safe and comforted, but in fact they are in grave spiritual and 'mortal' danger.

The police constables go forth each day with a very limited understanding of the superior power and authority of the Constitution and they are also totally ignorant of Allah and His 'expectations' of them and all.

Because they see themselves purely as 'reporters' that simply report 'incidents' that appear to be in contravention of the statutes within their 'rules' text books, they hold the assumption that once their report is submitted to a higher authority, that the end result is out of their hands and this is error, for their complicity to the imposition of any suffering or loss or inconvenience upon another person that results from the magistrates 'pen,' becomes a spiritual burden upon them and, - - -

For if they are 'found' to be disturbing the peace of peaceful citizens and 'terrorising' persons such as myself within the community they are paid to PROTECT, then they are simply that, TERRORISTS operating with NO legal mandate, that are taking a false wage, and they have NO immunity from the Commonwealth 'Army' that is also paid to uphold and PROTECT the Constitution of the land and, - - -

Furthermore, within the superior Law of Allah everyone that goes forth and 'terrorises' others is seen by Allah to BE 'disturbing the peace' of the land, and ahead, they will suffer the consequence.

I have been forced to spend time in prison four times already in the past, simply because I refuse to conform to the dictates of some of the rules of your Tasmania 'policy' namely, in that I refuse to fund it, and this I do because in so doing, I would become complicit to all its 'punitive' and extortive effort that would place me within the negative and punitive 'bounds' of Allah's Law, and my 'conscience' would become troubled.

I write this due to the FACT that my 'stance' is backed by the authority of your own Institution that you are supposed to serve honourably, and if your 'men' are not educated by their superiors then it shows that they have no 'care' for the men that serve under them. It is because both Allah and I DO CARE FOR THEM that this 'expose' is written.

Everyone is 'entitled' to defy the Command of their Allah but they do suffer the consequence, and if they are defiant of Allah's Command simply because they are ignorant of IT and also ignorant of His Law, then so be it, but they do ahead suffer the consequence because, ignorance of the Law of Allah is NO 'excuse' and equally, - - -

Everyone is 'entitled' to defy the principle clauses of the Constitution of the Institution they serve, namely the ones referred to in this document, but they do ahead suffer the consequence within the Law of Allah, and also possibly within the powers that enforce the statutes of the Constitution.

It is very regrettable that every time I have appeared before a Tasmanian magistrate and endeavoured to bring forth my 'reasoning' I am 'scorned' and punished, for none of them believe in the 'power' of the constitution and they perceive it and its 'Acts' as irrelevant and, - - -

This sad and sorry state of affairs was also shown in the Supreme Court of Tasmania where the Judge of the day and attending legal men also 'laughed me out of court' and denied me my appeal.

It is only now that I will be appealing to the 'authority' embodied to protect the Constitutional acts, being the HIGH COURT of Australia, and I am not doing this with the intent of punishing those that continue to harass me through their ignorance but, - - -

I do it simply to make everyone aware that politicians who invoke decree after decree that cause 'harm' or deprivation to PEACEFUL community members that do not disturb the peace of the land are themselves defiant of the Constitution of their own Institution, for IT is or should be their 'code of conduct' policy guide and, - - -

I also wish to educate the police forces personnel to a deeper reality using my pen that is guided by Allah, so that everyone can become spiritually safe and secure as we together face the END DAYS of agony with a deeper understanding.

Let it be understood, atrocities perpetrated by men upon other men is NOT condoned by any 'civil' society, nor is it condoned by Allah. Why then do politicians force the police 'men and women' to go forth 'armed' and 'licensed' to perpetrate atrocities that 'civilians' are forbidden by man and Allah to do? Why do enforcers say "They deserve it and no man is above the law," when they do the same or worse?

Why and 'how' do the enforcers assume to have gained immunity from man or Allah for being interfering swine that cause great harm to everyone? They have NOT, and the reasons 'why – when - how' they will suffer a return is revealed within my web site.

Try to 'reason' the true reality being, that NO policeman has the 'right' to interfere in the lives of anyone that has not disturbed the peace of the land. This implies that other than a casual 'hello' greeting to the peaceful, they cannot demand of a peaceful person that their questions be answered, neither can they ask them if they have a 'permit' for their activity, neither should they interfere in the persons daily business, nor should they enter their property uninvited.

They should simply get on with their 'peace-keeping' role in hauling-in those that have disturbed the peace and have them subjected to an educative Seminar as delineated by Allah on my 'Offender document.' Only this way are the peace-keepers 'safe' physically and spiritually within the code of conduct context of Allah's Command and His Law.

This 'controlling, invasive, and punitive' conduct is of itself a 'religious' doctrine that is upheld in the name of the flag, nation, people etc., and for so long have political men using 'rules' made use of the police forces as their personal 'army,' that none of them nor you can see the error of this way, nor do they or you see that the police 'service' is being used as armed 'extortionists,' and all are defiant of their own 'Constitution' and the Command of their Creator, and all will now soon begin to feel 'terror' for that IS the END DAYS submission of Allah's Justice upon all 'non-believers' in PEACE.

The PUBLIC do not need a politically motivated and armed private army that religiously patrols the land for the sole purpose of forcing people to bow to the dictates of the vain and arrogant that know NO Allah.

Ask yourself; "Why would a peaceful person such as myself fund the 'wages' of politicians that are only interested in the enforcement and punishment of those that defy their decrees"?

Why would I 'subscribe' to funding people or institutions that invoke rules that cause mental, emotional and physical harm to other members in the community?

Why would I 'subscribe' to funding the wages of an 'enforcement' arm such as the police when I know that they use the money to 'arm' themselves against my fellow man and myself?

I am not interested in funding the 'wages of sin' that are used to contravene Allah's Command and, that are being used in contravention of the Constitution of said institution.  For by this funding support I would be complicit to the funding of a terrorist organisation that is PROVEN to be operating illegally.

I am only interested in funding benign community services that are productive and educative and necessary that of themself operate in conformity with Allah's Command. That is my democratic and divine right.

Please make an effort to show me 'some' consideration for my 'efforts' to enlighten you as I give my 'free' provision of services to assist in the physical and spiritual safety of your men and officers.

Please advise the St. Helens constabulary that;

I do not like threats nor coercion. Where is the common courtesy and respect of one towards another? Why should they or you even suggest that I should be forced by State legislation to fund this nature of activity? 

In fact, as I am known to be an 'absolute pacifist' that would never even 'dream' of harming anyone, I see no reason to ever be visited by your constables unless they seek my spiritual counsel or my spiritual healing 'powers' to 'quell' the fears in their disturbed minds or, to assist some other mentally disturbed individual that they bring to me in the hope that I may be able to assist them to 'calm down.'

It is truly now the time for everyone to understand that, any State 'rule, edict, command, order, decree or act' that politicians say is 'the law,' that in any way 'conflicts' with the 'Freedom of religion' clause of the Constitution of their institution or the Command of Allah, reference those that live by the ideological code of PEACE, is in fact an invalid and illegal rule/law.

There is soon to be an explosion of insanity as fear and anger and hatred and vengeful emotions runs 'riot,' and these emotions will permit Dark satanic thoughts to flow through from the underworld and into the psyche of mankind, and multitudes will run AMOK in every land as revealed by ME.

Greater will be the demands placed upon forces men, and greater will become their own 'bad' deeds that they are forced to 'commit' by legislation. Let us now quickly make provision so that our 'lads' and ladies of the 'force' can change their modus operandi to conform to Allah's Command. I 'fear' for the safety of the forces men.

Are your men prepared for THE DAY that greater Dark and punitive forces come into 'play' in this land and your men are similarly dragged away to suffer the same fate as they 'invoked'?  Have they not been taught the TRUTH of Allah and His divine 'eye for an eye' Law? 

Whomsoever you are, this 'call' is the FINAL one, and any person that is so 'blinded' by their 'position' of power or their own emotions and 'contra' beliefs that they cannot turn over a new leaf, will bring upon their own 'heads' an inconceivable amount of travail and agony that will continue on in perpetuity forever in the Dark realms below in the after life.

This document IS the 'bread of heaven' to be absorbed by everyone.

~ The Apprehended Violence Order ~

As you the reader of this 'paper' begin to use your own conscience you will realise that it is wise to only fund benign, educative and other positive aspects of society.  The present 'system' is not benign nor democratic, and anyone funding or seeking police 'protection' is in fact relying on the SWORD rather than Allah's Holy Word and will suffer the spiritual consequence. 

For example, if you take out an 'Apprehended Violence Order' (AVO) against someone that appears to be a threat to you or your family, and the 'defendant' (the person to whom it is directed) in any way 'disobeys' or defaults, they become 'liable' within the State 'rules' to be fined over $5000 and jailed for 2 years.   What does this mean spiritually?  It means that;

1 - Due to your fear of more 'injury' you have 'unforgivingly' used a punitive force to restrict the movement of another, and within Allah's Law that restriction will ahead be placed upon you in one form or another by Allah.

2 - Try and understand that the placing of the (AVO) is in itself NO protection, for if the 'aggressive' person is still suffering from the mental emotional problems that led to your 'injury' in the first place, then there is nothing to stop them 'irrationally' going ahead and causing you an injury because, at that moment they are unable to consider the consequence of their actions due to their emotional state.

If they do 'default' and cause you harm, then the consequence of the 'placing' of the (AVO) will fall upon your 'head' being, that when they are punished by the 'weight' of the Law, that you were complicit to its imposition and thus ahead, both the police and you will suffer the same within the Law of Allah.

Try and see that the placing of the (AVO) is in itself antagonising the other, and ONLY when 'we' as sane believers realise the wisdom of Allah's Word and we compassionately and mercifully do something to assist the 'irrational' one to calm down and see reason rather than fearfully and vindictively 'swatting' them using a judicial FORCE, will sanity return.

Everyone needs to be educated as to the reasons why their thoughts and emotions are leading them to be disrespectful to others, as they interfere or criticise and condemn them in some way and cause their victim mental or emotional or physical 'injury.  It is the Dark force using them from within as it turns them against the other and uses them to be mercilessly unforgiving and punitive through fear or aggression. 

It the Dark also tempts man to use ITS police 'force' to protect them so that they become entrapped deeper within ITS 'eye for an eye' Law, and all suffer for their ongoing folly and 'infidelity' to Allah as they turn their back on 'mercy, forgiveness and peace' in defiance of Allah.

As you change your 'actions' and do as I do and ONLY go your way 'peacefully,' and you place your allegiance with Allah as 'head of house' rather than the Government RULES, you need to have compassion for the police, magistrates and judges because, they "know not what they do" unto their own souls as they daily intrude, control and punish.

If you are being persecuted by others, be it uncivil community members or the judiciary, simply get on with your life with Allah as your 'wife,' and by all means seek the services of a SPIRITUALLY WISE and friendly counsellor such as 'Clemencia' or myself to bring everyone to Allah's fresh message I bring.

~ Allah's Mandate to man ~

Allah bequeathed a single Mandate upon each of His creation YOU, being:

"Love one another"

The mandate was and is TRUE because, if you did follow IT faithfully then you were GUARANTEED to be the beneficiary of being LOVED eternally.  "Why"? Because Allah only has ONE spiritual Law being: "As you do unto others will be done by others unto you - as you sow so shall ye reap," and thus the 'eye for an eye' basis as you receive a Just & Equitable equal return of LOVE.

Why would Allah 'bestow' such a mandate upon us?  Because Allah has twin 'polarities' of energy within His vast frame, one being the creative LIGHT and the 'other' being the destructive DARK, and as He would have it that His creation remained a 'delight' in His sight and that they were happy, joyful and free from suffering.

Thus His mandate was His advisory Command that was accompanied by another being: "I FORBID you to ever sup from the fruit of the tree of evil for IT is forceful, controlling, aggressive, punitive and destructive, and if you sup on its POWER to control, steal, criticise, judge, condemn, abuse or kill others then ITS energy will cause you to suffer 'equally' within ITS aspect of My ONE:  'As you do unto others will be done by others unto you - as you sow so shall ye reap,'  LAW and, ultimately IT will destroy YOU."

So 'why' am I here today in your 'face' as such?  Simply to remind everyone that everyone is in contravention of Allah's mandate to "Only love," and all are on the wide road to HELL and, - - - I am here simply to reinstate the ABSOLUTE TRUTH up in the air on line so that ANYONE with any 'sensibility' can quickly lay down their verbal or material 'mace' and show Allah their newly formed intent and deeds. 

Why?  Because any person that continues to defy Allah is to be mentally and emotionally overpowered by His DARK energy, and ITS 'weight' will carry their spirit soul 'underground' so to speak as it departs the flesh and, they will find themselves in the most terrifying and agonising situation where their cries of torment will continue on and on and ON for eternity with NO surcease at the hands of demonic forces that have NO mercy.

I have no more to say today or any day, and what YOU do to me is irrelevant because, at all times and in all situations I AM 'safe' spiritually because I can never be 'coerced' from within my mind or by you or any to be less than loving, kind, merciful & forgiving, even to those that bind me due to their vanity, arrogance, pride or insanity.
